How to purchase?

1. Fill in the 'Order Form' below and submit. Refer here for product code and description. Remember to double-check your email address. For custom order, you can email us at stitchnknot@gmail.com, with the following details: name, address, phone number, order description
2. Wait for our reply (through email) for order confirmation and quotation (including postage fee).
3. Once order is confirmed, make payment into respective Maybank/CIMB account as stated in email.
4. Email us the transaction proof and details for verification.
5. Your order will be processed once the payment is verified. Order will be processed based on the queue list. You can check your order status here.
6. Once product is mailed, a tracking number will be sent to your email.

Policies

Order

1. All order must be made through the 'Order Form'. For custom order, email us at stitchnknot@gmail.com, with the following details: name, address, phone number, order description. 
2. We will confirm your order and send an invoice (of total amount including shipping fee*) to your email. Once order is confirmed, please make payment into respective account as stated in email.

* Price shown in catalog are not inclusive of postage fees.

Shipping Fee

1. Shipping will be done through either Registered Post or Pos Laju (depends on the size and weight of your purchase).
2. Registered post: RM 2.50 onwards (for small item only)
3. Pos Laju tariff (within Penisular Malaysia):

1st 500 g : RM 6.00**

Next 250g : + RM 1.50**

** The shipping amount stated is inclusive of 15% fuel surcharge, 10% handling charges and 6% GST. Maximum weight is 2kg.

Payment

1. We only accept payment through CIMB and Maybank. Account details will be provided via e-mail later.
2. If payment (for ready-made item) is not received within 3 working days upon order conformation, the sale is cancelled (unless you notify the late payment beforehand). 
3. Please remember to email us the transaction proof or details for verification. Your order will be processed once the payment is verified (based on the queue list).

Shipping

1. Your purchase (for ready-made item) will be shipped within 3 working days after payment verification
2. Tracking number of your parcel will be given through email.

Refunds & Exchanges

1. All purchased items are not exchangeable or refundable without valid reasons. We will not be responsible for any lost or damage that might occur during delivery.
